Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier, browse through our online shop and click on any items required. After final selection click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for details to complete transaction.
Full payment is required prior to despatch of goods. We accept card payment for Visa, JCB, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron and MasterCard.
Availability
We aim to hold all goods in stock, however sometimes for a variety of reasons we might not have your goods available. If items are out of stock you will be advised of any delay.
Tax Charges
All prices are exclusive of VAT and subject to change without notice. Orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Postage & Packing
The postage and packing charge is free for all overs over £95.00.Orders Under £95.00 charges start at £4.45 (depending on the wt, which is calculated at checkout)for 1st class recorded delivery. Priory Next Day Delivery on all orders charge starts at £6.45(depending on the wt, which is calculated at check out) , must be confirmed by 12.00 am and will be despatched by Parcelforce. A gift wrap service is available at an additional £7.50 per order (1 gift wrapped box/bag provided) excluding Highlands and Island, Isle of Man Channel Island, Northern/Southern Ireland and Overseas. Rates are applicable to VAT.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed at our website. Credit Card details are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Guarantee
We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction providing it is returned to us within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
If you are returning any item to us, you must first inform us. We can be contacted via telephone or e-mail, both available on our Contact page. Once we have been notified, we will respond with a returns confirmation. Please Note: The Company does not pay return postage. Returned packages remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us. For high value items we advise you to use insured delivery such as the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
Damaged Goods
Any item received damaged must be notified to us by e-mail within 3 days of receipt. Damaged goods must be retained for insurance purposes.
