Rack of BBQ ribs garnished with 24ct Edible Gold Leaf.  The ribs are made starting with the Compart Duroc baby back rib being marinated for 24 hours, then the ribs are coated in truffle oil, Sea Salt, and pepper. Once everything is soaked in, the ribs are then smoked for three hours using oak. The ribs are then wrapped in foil with honey and brown sugar.

Once the ribs are taken out of the smoker, they’re topped with BBQ sauces Kentucky whiskey, and are finally coated in 24ct Edible Gold Leaf, which is available on our website
