The Cocktail Is called the King George VI and it's gin-based. They use three different liqueurs for the mix: Monkey 47 (gin), Lanique (rose vodka), and Chambord (raspberry liqueur.)

The mix is completed with fresh lemon juice and bitter lemon and infused with hibiscus tea, berries, lemon and orange peel.

The infusion is chilled using dry ice and topped up with mascarpone foam, gold chocolates, edible diamonds, and caramel. It's finished with 24ct gold leaf.

Guests also get a sparkling wine bomb made with an English garden jelly and a garnish of French toasts, Polish pancakes, chocolates, and lollipops.

24ct Edible Gold Leaf is available on our website and can be found on the following page.
