The world’s most expensive hot dog was unveiled last year at New York’s 230 Fifth restaurant. The hot dog is made from Wagyu beef with Vidalia onions that have been caramelised in Dom Perignon, adorned with black truffle , saffron ketchup, osetra caviar and house made sauerkraut braised in Cristal champagne.
